Processing is based on your consent when you submit the form and on the performance of a contract (delivery of the trip) once you confirm a booking.
Retention and recipients
We keep your data only as long as necessary to manage your request and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your data. We may share it with local suppliers (accommodation, transport, guides) solely to deliver the service you booked.
Analytics and advertising
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (audience measurement), Google Ads and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure our campaigns and show you relevant ads. These tools set cookies and may process identifiers from your device. They are not loaded until you accept them.
International transfers

All published reviews come from real customers who have travelled with us. We collect them after the trip via WhatsApp, email or public reviews (e.g. Google). We do not publish incentivised reviews or remove negative ones: they reflect our travellers' genuine experience.
5. Booking & cancellation terms
Booking and payment
An enquiry via the form or WhatsApp involves no advance payment. We confirm availability and the final price within 24h. A booking becomes firm once payment terms have been agreed between both parties.
Prices
Prices shown are per person unless stated otherwise and include the services detailed for each trip. Private tours are quoted individually.
Cancellations and changes
The specific cancellation terms are confirmed in writing when each booking is made. We recommend taking out travel insurance. In the event of force majeure (extreme weather, route closures, etc.) we will propose an alternative date or reorganise the itinerary to ensure your safety.
Liability
Morocco Pulse Travel acts as a local operator and undertakes to provide the contracted services with due care. We are not liable for incidents outside our control (flight delays, decisions by authorities, etc.).
