Your adventure begins with an early departure from Marrakech. We travel through the spectacular High Atlas Mountains via the famous Tizi n'Tichka Pass (2,260 m), offering stunning panoramic views and excellent photo opportunities.
Along the way, we visit a traditional Berber women's argan oil cooperative, where you can learn about the production of cosmetic and culinary argan products during a free guided visit.
We then continue to the legendary Ait Ben Haddou, Morocco's most famous fortified village and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This historic kasbah has served as a filming location for numerous international productions, including Gladiator, Kingdom of Heaven, and Game of Thrones.
After lunch and time to explore the kasbah, we continue to Ouarzazate, known as the "Hollywood of Africa." Here, you'll have the opportunity to admire the famous film studios and capture memorable photos.
The journey continues along the renowned Road of a Thousand Kasbahs, passing through the lush Skoura Oasis and the fragrant Valley of Roses before arriving in the Dades Valley, Tinghir, or Kelaat M'Gouna for dinner and an overnight stay.
After breakfast, we travel through beautiful Berber villages and dramatic landscapes toward the magnificent Todra Gorge.
Enjoy a relaxing walk through the towering canyon walls, some reaching over 300 meters in height. You'll also have the opportunity to visit a local Berber family, enjoy traditional Moroccan tea, and discover the craftsmanship behind handmade Berber carpets created by local women.
We continue through the vast Jorf Palm Grove, one of Morocco's largest date-producing regions, before stopping in Erfoud, famous for its fossil workshops and prehistoric treasures.
Upon arrival in Merzouga, your desert experience begins. Leave the vehicle behind and embark on a camel trek across the magnificent dunes of Erg Chebbi.
Witness a spectacular Sahara sunset before arriving at your desert camp. Enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner, Berber music around the campfire, and an unforgettable night beneath the stars.
Wake early to witness one of the most beautiful sunrises in Morocco as the first rays of light illuminate the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi.
After breakfast at the camp, we begin our return journey. Passing through the historic Rissani, once the capital of the ancient Tafilalet region and birthplace of Morocco's Alaouite dynasty, we continue across the desert plateaus and rugged landscapes of Alnif.
Our route takes us through the stunning Anti-Atlas Mountains and traditional Berber villages before reaching Kelaat M'Gouna, the heart of the Valley of Roses, where we stop for lunch.
In the afternoon, we travel back through Ouarzazate and cross the High Atlas Mountains once more before arriving in Marrakech in the evening, bringing your unforgettable Sahara Desert adventure to a close.
