Pick-up at your Agadir hotel. We explore the historical city of Taroudant and its local market, and visit the Taourirt Kasbah in Ouarzazate. Lunch and dinner en route.

DAY2
Day 2 · Ouarzazate · Skoura · Todra Gorges · Merzouga
The Skoura palm grove and the Rose Valley, Tinghir and a walk beneath the 300-metre cliffs of the Todra Gorges. Through Erfoud and Rissani to Merzouga for a sunset camel ride across the dunes (optional one-hour ATV).

DAY3
Day 3 · Merzouga (Hassi Labied · Khamlia · nomads)
Sunrise over the dunes and a camel ride back. A visit to the villages of Hassi Labied and Khamlia (Gnawa music) and the abandoned town of Mefes. Meeting a nomad family and lunch with them (Berber "pizza").

Rissani's attractions: the mausoleum of Moulay Ali Cherif and its palm grove. Through N'koub and the Draa Valley to Zagora. Lunch and dinner.

Through the Draa Valley, among palm groves, to the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Lunch and dinner.

Over the High Atlas via the Tizi N'Tichka Pass to Marrakech. In the afternoon, the option to explore Jemaa el Fnaa square and the souks.

Day 7 · Marrakech (guided city tour)
A private guided tour of the medina: the Koutoubia Mosque, the Ali Ben Youssef Koranic school, the Saadian Tombs, the Bahia Palace and the Majorelle Gardens. Option to explore the medina independently and enjoy Jemaa el Fnaa in the evening.

To Essaouira: the goats that climb the argan trees and a taste of the argan seed, with a visit to a cooperative to learn the traditional production. Time for the souks, the alleys and the Skala with sea views; an optional fresh-seafood lunch.
